The THYME CASTRO liqueur is produced from 100% natural thyme leaf and flower extracts, in a traditional way.

The thyme is hand-picked in full flower, to bring out the magic of an extraordinary, mediterranean scent and a strong, intense flavour!

You can enjoy it straight or on the rocks, with fresh lemon, lime, orange or grapefruit juice, in tea or in sweets, combined with Tentoura Castro, Mastiha Castro and Honey Castro liqueurs, with Tsipouro Castro or in cocktails.
