Ingredients:
30 ml Mediterranean gin
20 ml dry sherry
1 rosemary sprig
Rosewater
1 dried date
Method
Stir
Cocktail
Add in a stir glass Thyme Castro liqueur, gin, dry sherry and a rosemary sprig. Spray some rose water in a clean glass. Stir, strain and pour into the glass without ice. Garnish with a dried date.
