Ingredients:
20 ml Μetaxa 5*
25 ml cucumber syrup (1:1)
25 ml fresh lemon juice
3 drops truffle oil
Fresh cucumber
Fresh thyme

Cocktail
Add in a shaker Thyme Castro liqueur, Mastiha Castro, Metaxa 5*, cucumber syrup, lemon juice and Bitteráneo Mediterranean Thyme Bitters. Shake, double-strain and serve with ice in an old fashioned glass. Add truffle oil and garnish with fresh cucumber and thyme.
