Cocktail Castro Paradiso

Ingredients:
3 cl rum
2½ cl pineapple juice
½ cl lime juice
2-3 dashes of chocolate or vanilla bitters
Spearmint leaves
1 slice of pineapple
Add in a mixing glass Coffee Castro liqueur, Spearmint Castro liqueur, Ginger Castro liqueur, rum, pineapple juice and lime juice. Shake well, strain and pour into a julep cup with small ice cubes. Optionally, you can add 2-3 dashes of chocolate or vanilla bitters. Garnish with spearmint leaves and a slice of pineapple.
