10 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml vodka
10 ml sugar syrup
Top up ginger ale
Spearmint leaves

Add in a shaker Spearmint Castro Liqueur, lime juice, vodka, sugar syrup and Bitteráneo Mediterranean Tentoura Bitters. Shake, strain and pour into a glass with grated ice. Top up with ginger ale. Garnish with spearmint leaves.
