Cocktail Sagedelic

Ingredients: 

4 cl Calvados

1 cl Demerara syrup

1 cl Pimento Dram

3 cl lime juice

1 cinnamon stick

1 citrus fruit slice

Add in a mixing glass with no ice: Sage Castro liqueur, Calvados, Demerara syrup (brown sugar syrup), Pimento Dram and lime juice. Stir and pour into a brandy snifter. Optionally, heat the mix using the “blue blazer” method or the coffee machine’s nozzle. Dip a cinnamon stick and garnish with a citrus fruit slice.
