Cocktail Red Hot Chilli Pepper

Ingredients:
30ml white tequila
20ml chilli syrup
20ml fresh blood orange juice
20ml fresh lime juice
Top up grapefruit soda
1 blood orange peel
1 chilli pepper

Add in a shaker Bergamot Castro liqueur, tequila, chilli syrup, blood orange juice and lime juice. Shake, double-strain and pour into a glass with ice. Top up with grapefruit soda and stir smoothly. Garnish with a blood orange peel and a chilli pepper. *To make chilli syrup: Blend 7 red chilli peppers with 1lt of water and 1kg of sugar.
