Ingredients:
40 ml prickly pear spirit
25 ml Santorini Vinsanto wine
10 ml fresh lime juice
Black salt smoked in beech wood
Method
Shake
Cocktail
Add in a shaker ice, Bergamot Castro liqueur, prickly pear spirit, Santorini Vinsanto wine, lime juice and Bitteráneo Mediterranean Bergamot Bitters. Rim a round or a cognac glass with black salt smoked in beech wood. Shake, strain and pour into the glass without ice.
