Cocktail Bergamot Scotch

Ingredients: 

50ml blended single malt whiskey

30ml fresh lemon juice

2 bsps quince spoon sweet

20ml bitter beer (I.P.A.)

1 citrus fruit peel

Method
Shake

Cocktail
Add in a shaker whiskey, Bergamot Castro Liqueur, lemon juice and quince spoon sweet. Shake, double-strain and pour into a “coupe” or a “martini” glass without ice. Top up with bitter beer and garnish with a citrus fruit peel.
