Junique Distilled Gin

To create Junique, we collect fresh, blue juniper berries in the high mountains of Macedonia and we patiently distil them together with a variety of aromatic, Greek botanicals and citrus blossoms, in traditional copper stills.

An impressive co-existence which gives us a rich, special flavour and an earthy, cool aroma. Εnjoy it on the rocks, as an aperitif with tonic, or in the most unique cocktails.
