Cocktail Castro Spices & Dreams
1 cl Sourz Apple
3 cl jasmine tea
1 cl vanilla syrup
1½ cl lime juice
1 cinnamon stick Jasmine flowers
Add in a mixing glass Tentoura Castro with Mastic liqueur, Sourz Apple (apple liqueur), vanilla syrup, lime juice and jasmine tea (alternatively, use green tea and 5 jasmine flowers). Shake well, strain and pour into a chilled coupé glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and some jasmine flowers.
