Cocktail Rocka Billy
Ingredients:
4 rocket leaves
3 cl gin
2 thin lemon slices
1 dash of aromatic bitters
Salt
1 grapefruit peel
Add in a mixing glass the rocket leaves, the lemon slices and some salt and muddle them well. Then, add Grapefruit Castro liqueur, gin and a dash of aromatic bitters. Shake well, double-strain and pour into a chilled coupé or martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and some rocket leaves.
