Cocktail Castrowberry Lavanda

Ingredients: 

4 cl gin (infused with lavender)*

3 cl dry vermouth

1 lavender sprig

1 strawberry

*Add 3 tsp of lavender leaves in 1L of gin for 36 hours

Add in a mixing glass Strawberry Castro liqueur, gin and dry vermouth. Shake well, strain and pour into a “martini” glass. Spear one strawberry with a lavender sprig to garnish.
