4 cl gin
½ green apple
Grated coconut
Rim a glass with Mastiha Castro liqueur and grated coconut. Muddle ½ green apple in a mixing glass. Add ice cubes, Coconut Castro liqueur and gin. Shake well, strain and pour into the rimmed glass.
